Which Middle East country's head won a Nobel Prize?

Third president of Egypt, Muhammad Anwar Al Sadat had won the Nobel Prize in 1978. He served as president of Egypt from 15 October 1970to 6 October 1981. Later, fundamentalists assassinated him.
He had negotiated with Prime Minister of Israel-Menachem Begin and following a negotiation at Camp David, a mountain-based military camp of United States, Camp David Accords were signed between the two leaders. Camp David Accords led to the 1979 Israel-Egypt Peace Treaty.

Besides him, Yasser Arafat, who was the chairperson of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) & President of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) also won Nobel Peace Prize in 1994, along with Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres, for the negotiations at Oslo.
